Terms of Service
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QllmDocs (the "Service"), operated by QllmSoft ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Payment Policy.
2 Description of Service
QllmDocs is a cloud-based document management platform providing document storage, organization, metadata tagging, AI-powered search ("Ask AI"), role-based access control, and related collaboration features, delivered as Software-as-a-Service.
3 Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are organized under a team structure with Admin and Member roles.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4 Subscription Plans and Billing
QllmDocs is offered under Basic, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. New accounts receive a 90-day free trial on the Basic plan; no payment method is required to start.
Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. Subscriptions do not auto-renew, and no card or bank details are stored on our servers. Full billing, renewal, and refund terms are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or store content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, data, or team.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass rate limiting, authentication, or access controls.
- Use the Service to transmit malware or engage in activity that violates applicable law.
- Exceed the storage, user, or query limits of your subscription plan through automated abuse.
6 Your Content and Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership over Your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., storage on Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, indexing for the Ask AI search feature).
7 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by QllmSoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
8 Service Availability
We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our reasonable control (including outages of third-party providers such as Azure or PayPal).
9 Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time; see the Payment Policy for how cancellation interacts with billing.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or violation of Section 5.
- Upon termination, data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QllmSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QllmSoft harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
