Payment Policy

1 Introduction

QllmDocs, operated by QllmSoft, provides three subscription plans — Basic, Standard, and Premium — with identical features but differing quotas and user allowances. This Payment Policy governs payments, processing, free trials, refunds, and related terms.

2 Subscription Plans

All plans grant access to the same core features. Differences lie in resource quotas and maximum users:

• Basic: Limited to 1 user (account owner only). No additional users permitted.
• Standard: Includes 5 base users. Additional users can be added at extra cost per user.
• Premium: Includes 10 base users. Additional users can be added at extra cost per user.

Pricing and current quotas are displayed on the pricing and subscription pages.

4 Accepted Payment Methods

We support two payment methods for paid subscriptions:

5 Payment Processing

PayPal payments are instant. Bank transfers require manual verification (1–5 business days). Premium access activates only after payment confirmation.

6 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew because we do not store any payment card information or billing details on our servers. Renewal reminders are sent via email 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry. Users must manually initiate renewal by making a new payment. Upon expiry without renewal, access downgrades to Basic plan quotas and limits.

7 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except for proven technical failure blocking access over 7 consecutive days or as required by law. Requests must be emailed to info@qllmdocs.com within 14 days of payment. Approved PayPal refunds return to original method. Bank transfer refunds deduct applicable fees.

8 Taxes

Displayed prices exclude taxes. Users bear responsibility for applicable taxes or duties.

9 Changes to This Policy

Updates posted here with revised date. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of changes.
